"I've had two or three car insurers in my lifetime, but can't remember any that assisted me after a car accident as well as State Farm. I was given a claims department contact number and full name, and was kept well informed of the progress of my claim. I also was in touch with a State Farm agent at the office in case of need. Being able to correspond with these people by email was very helpful, since I only own a landline and basic cell phone for travel and/or emergencies."
